Safe Guard Dewormer Block 25 lb Block Safeguard

The Safe-Guard block contains 750 mg/lb of the active ingredient, fenbendazole. It is intended for beef cattle and should not be used in pre-ruminating, dairy, or veal calves. The block is effective against various lungworms, stomach worms, and intestinal worms. Cattle need to consume an average of 0.1 pounds per 100 pounds of body weight daily for three days to receive the correct dose of 2.27 mg fenbendazole per pound of body weight. The molasses formulation is designed to be palatable and weather-resistant. There is an 11-day slaughter withdrawal period after the last treatment. A 25 lb block can treat approximately 8 mature head or 16 head of 500 lb cattle if consumed as directed over three days.
