Product details
The Safer 5962 Deer-Off Deer Repellent Stations are weatherproof stakes that use the scent of dried blood to repel deer from gardens and lawns. A 6-pack covers up to 192 square feet and can last for an entire growing season. While designed to be odorless to humans, some users report a noticeable smell.
How it works and key features
- Scent-based deterrent: The stations contain 100% dried blood, which mimics the smell of a decaying animal and triggers a flight response in deer.
- Weatherproof housing: Each station has a rugged casing to protect the repellent from the elements, ensuring it remains potent throughout the season.
- Safe for gardens: Since the repellent is self-contained, the stations can be placed safely in vegetable gardens or around other edible plants.
- Versatile placement: The stations come with stakes for placement in the ground, but they can also be hung from branches or fences.
