For the temporary relief of itching and irritation due to allergies, hot spots, and other minor skin irritations on dogs, cats, and horses. Contains oat extract to naturally relieve itching and scratching and Lanolin derivatives to protect and soothe irritated skin. Contains Hydrocortisone 1% and Pramoxine HCL 0.5%.
